I'm licensed by the "State of Nevada Real Estate Board" as an "Inspector of Structures". In addition I also do Radon inspections. I'm a licensed Radon Specialist with the NRSB. (National Radon Safety Board)

Home inspection reports are completed within 24 hours and can be mailed, faxed, emailed or down loaded from the web-site. All reports are saved for 5 years and are accessible through a password. A typical report is from 30 to 40 pages in length, with pictures. We use the "Home Gauge" software program.

We carry "Errors and Omissions" insurance with a limit of one million dollars. We are also bonded.
